Event Staff Wranglerssupport the physical setup, transitions, and breakdown of weddings and special events. This is a seasonal, as-needed position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in efficiency, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

This role is essential to ensuring our events run smoothly and our venue is always set to the highest standards.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load, transport, and unload event equipment using a truck and trailer
• Move, stack, and set up ceremony and reception chairs
• Safely move and position large wooden farmhouse tables
• Set up and break down 72", 60", and 48" round tables
• Assist with event “flips,” resetting spaces between events
• Support setup and teardown for weddings and special events
• Manage trash collection during and after events
• Transport trash using truck and trailer to designated dumpsters
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage and staging areas

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds repeatedly. Ability to push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a truck and trailer preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to follow event diagrams and setup instructions
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
