Performs daily maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance on hospital buildings, equipment and physical plant;
Performs preventative maintenance on hospital equipment and heating and air conditioning systems;
Replaces light bulbs, switches, receptacles, ballasts, and performs repairs on faucets, valves, doors and plumbing fixtures;
Inspects fire safety equipment and emergency generators; maintains patient room equipment and hospital infrastructure;
Documents all work performed on logs or work orders; participates in on-call duties as required
