We are looking for a Cleaning Attendant who will be responsible for maintaining club cleanliness and managing daily cleaning and deep cleaning checklists. The cleaning attendant will ensure a welcoming, safe, and healthy club operation.

As a Cleaning Attendant you’ll help create a positive and welcoming environment by greeting members and guests, and may even offer a high‑five. You’ll keep the club clean and organized, following our cleaning playbook and checklists with a strong sense of urgency. Whether you’re tidying common areas or answering a member’s question about our offerings, you’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, energetic space that reflects the Crunch brand.

You prefer a consistent, predictable schedule. You are dependable, steady, and focused. You enjoy completing tasks efficiently and prefer minimal change. Small talk is optional; you will concentrate on the current assignment.

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high‑five.
• Perform cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook and checklists.
• Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed.

• Ability to execute performance expectations and interest in maintaining cleanliness.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

• This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
