John Newcombe Country Club located in New Braunfels, Texas is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Grounds and Facility Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon / Cliff Drysdale Tennis, you will contribute to a global leader in racquet sports, golf and community management.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Tasks Included but not Limited to:

• Getting the Facility ready for guests Daily
• Court Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis Courts
• Picking up Trash around the Grounds
• Mulching/ Landscaping Common Areas
• Turf Maintenance
• Court Maintenance
• Gym Maintenance
• Painting around the Facility
• Basic Tool Use
• Squeegeeing Windows and Court Surrounds
• Changing Light bulbs
• Climbing Ladders
• Taking out Trash
• Daily Walk Arounds Pool Grounds
• Stack Equipment
• Oiling Equipment
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed
• Performs other duties as required, basic knowledge of power tool use
• Regular and Reliable Attendance

Certificates/Licenses:

• No certifications or licenses are required

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
