Dominium Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Brighton Oaks, a 154 unit apartment community in New Brighton, MN. In this role, you will handle general maintenance duties to ensure a positive living experience for residents, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new residents.
Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in maintenance with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC experience preferred. A competitive salary of $21-$24/hour plus bonus potential is offered.
