Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Brighton Oaks in New Brighton, MN. In this role, you will ensure the general maintenance and appearance of the property, creating a great living experience for residents.
You will monitor repairs, complete work requests, perform preventative maintenance, and assess appliances. A strong background in maintenance with knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems is preferred, along with necessary certifications. The role offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $21 to $24 plus bonus potential.
