Primary Responsibilities:
* Landscaping for all DATTCO properties looking for someone with a green thumb!
* Ensure equipment repaired and maintained
* Help solving problems related to maintenance
* Respect safety standards of the company and maintain a clean work environment
* Ability to work unsupervised and with other team members
* Participate in winter work projects to include snow plowing, shoveling and removal
* Respond to maintenance requests by the Facilities Manager
* Respond appropriately to management emergencies by assisting as needed
* Daily attendance at work
Minimum Requirements:
* High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
* Experience in building and grounds maintenance
* Experience with commercial mowing equipment
* Valid drivers license
* Must be dependable, a team player, and have a positive attitude
* Must have a flexible schedule (Monday Friday )
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to manage and organize priorities
