• Base pay range of $22 to $25 per hour
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs and company sales goals

• Experience working with your hands – This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors – Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

• Complete 4+ creative repairs at different worksites each day
• Display world‑class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5‑step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool‑kit
• Problem‑solve repairs with creativity

Compensation: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, plus monthly bonus program (depending on add‑on repairs and company sales goals)
