- Housing for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Performs a wide variety of routine custodial duties required to maintain buildings and grounds in a clean and habitable condition.
- Performs basic maintenance and repair duties on university facilities and equipment.
- Minimum Salary: $33,711.88
- Mid Range Salary: $37,014.71
- Maximum Salary: $42,482.88
- Salary offer may consider qualifications, experience, and available department or grant funds. Market benchmarks and internal equity are also considered to ensure fair compensation.

Education and Experience:
No experience required. - Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be teachable; custodial experience is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work with vibrating equipment (e.g., vacuums, floor machines).
- Must be able to work with various cleaning chemicals.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

40.00 hours per week. Work arrangement:
Full time, regular schedule.
