Peak Made Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of upkeep tasks across our apartment communities. The role emphasizes resident-focused teamwork and strong technical aptitude to maintain value and curb appeal.
The position requires a minimum of one year in maintenance, EPA Type I/II preferred, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays. Living within 30 miles of the property is expected.
