• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in cleaning and/or maintenance of facilities preferred.
• Possess basic technology skills.
• Willingness to work as a member of a team and exhibit sound interpersonal skills.
• Able to perform essential job functions in year‑round weather conditions, lifting 50 lbs., climbing ladders, walking/standing for long periods, and operating necessary cleaning machinery.

• Work in collaboration with night custodial crew to ensure facilities are clean, attractive, and safe for the school community.
• Support the maintenance of all indoor areas including hallways, classrooms, common areas, and bathrooms.
• Assist in care and repair of equipment, management of supplies, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with night lead, building chief, school administration, and other staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Exhibit positive and professional interaction with all employees, students, and community members.
• Work to clear snow when necessary.
• Support all custodial duties if necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Twelve (12) month position. Night position only – 3:00 – 11:00 daily.

Pension and benefit eligible position. Salary Range: $41,687 – $54,560.
