TSIN – Maintenance Administrator – (TSIN-Maint Admin.
1) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate activities involved in the maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with IATF and other required QMS by tracking and maintaining all documentation.
• Manage MRO inventory and 5S.
• Assist in maintaining training matrices and training records for PE staff.
• Requires extensive knowledge of Maintenance practices and procedures.
• Develop repair procedures; research and develop specifications for system operation and maintenance and the purchase of equipment, parts, and tools.
• Analyze equipment information in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance, and identify specific areas for technical or procedural improvements.
• Research and obtain new or redesigned replacements for unavailable or unsuitable components.
• Assist Management team in establishing goals and maintaining data.
• Procure items for the facility, create purchase orders to purchase maintenance parts and supplies.
• Contact vendors to confirm purchase orders and lead times, expedite parts and equipment as necessary.
• Work with Maintenance team to forecast maintenance parts spending on a monthly basis.
• Assist in data acquisition, analysis, and reporting as required by corporate or customer.
• Assist in developing and implementing plans for safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to utilize customer specific portals and databases as they align with the duties above.
