We have part‑time LEAD cleaning positions available in New Castle, PA. The position is Monday‑Friday, 4 pm‑9 pm (25 hours a week). Pay is $18 an hour with weekly pay provided.

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies; empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly; dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills; perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors; maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms; follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines;
  
  report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role preferred
• Knowledge of hotel or commercial cleaning practices and procedures
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of custodial equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
