WeCare at Avalon Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team in New Castle, PA. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maintenance and repairs of our building and equipment.

• Assisting in the repair of building fixtures and equipment
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the safety and comfort of our residents
• Working closely with our facilities team to identify and address maintenance issues

• Some experience in maintenance or a related field
• Ability to work in a long-term care nursing facility
