ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for performing inspections, predictive and preventative maintenance, condition monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration, adjustments, and routine and emergency repairs of plant-wide equipment to assure asset health care, production equipment reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness. Support installation and erection of new equipment to perform major rebuilds or upgrades of existing equipment. Maintain plant infrastructure, HVAC, lighting, overhead doors, and related systems.
Benefits- Competitive compensation – pay range between $30.00 and $36.43 per hour, plus a schedule adder of $2.60 per hour on top of your rate

- 3–5 years heavy industrial experience and a strong industrial electrical background preferred
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to manage a physically demanding job, including heavy lifting and pulling
- Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule (including 12‑hour days, weekends, and holidays)
- Clean criminal background investigation
- Clean urine drug screening performed upon offer of employment
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Commitment to safety
- Technical training or certification in maintenance, electro‑mechanical, or related field preferred
