WeCare Centers is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee ongoing facility upkeep in a long term care setting. You will coordinate fire drills, liaise with contractors, and help identify renovations or modernizations to maintain safety and compliance.
The role requires extensive maintenance experience, supervision ability, and strong knowledge of Life Safety Code regulations. You will work with Life Safety and NFPA to ensure regulatory adherence and ongoing training for maintenance staff.
