BASI Pilates—a globally respected Pilates education and studio brand present across 6 continents and 55+ countries—is looking for an experienced Pilates Studio Manager to lead our studio operations.
Role Overview :
The Studio Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, managing daily studio operations, and upholding BASI’s standards of precision, professionalism, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end studio operations and scheduling
Manage and support instructors and front-desk teams
Ensure premium client experience from enquiry to retention
Drive memberships, trials, and studio revenue
Maintain operational efficiency, reporting, and studio standards
Ideal Candidate:
Proven Sales Experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Client-centric mindset with a sales and growth orientation
Front desk management
