Restroworks is searching for a qualified  Facilities   Manager  to work alongside security and maintenance staff to ensure our buildings and grounds are clean and safe. The facilities manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff.

Our ideal candidate is well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities.

Requirements:

Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members
Run routine maintenance inspections
Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
Prepare and implement project budgets and time frames
Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
Support maintenance and installment work as needed

Skills &

Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience  in facility management, office administration, or workplace operations.
Strong  mechanical and plumbing knowledge , with the ability to troubleshoot facility-related issues.
Good understanding of  HVAC systems and other building infrastructure .
Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks
Excellent  time management and multitasking abilities  to manage multiple facility operations simultaneously.
Basic understanding of  accounting and financial principles  for managing budgets and operational expenses.
Great leadership and problem-solving skills
Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification  or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Experience in  planning, managing, and monitoring facility budgets .
Strong  verbal and written communication skills  for coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
Demonstrated  professional leadership experience  in managing facility staff and vendors.
Experience in  contract management and vendor negotiations .
High attention to detail  to ensure safety, compliance, and maintenance standards are met.
