Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on grills, fryers, ice cream/shake machines, espresso machines, HVAC, and refrigeration units;
Facility Upkeep:
Cleaning indoor/outdoor areas, windows, restrooms, stock rooms, and handling deliveries;
Daily Tasks:
Filtering fryer oil, sanitizing drink tanks, changing light bulbs, managing trash;
Safety & Compliance:
Adhering to all safety protocols, maintaining a safe environment;
Inventory:
Managing spare parts for repairs
