Omni Hotels - - - Responsibilities:
Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas.;
Respond to house calls via phone or radio and assist with repairs.;
Clean all work areas after completing job and fill out Daily Work form.;
Maintain all mechanicals property wide and have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and hotel regulations.;
Maintain property pools as directed by the CPO and undertake special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
