We are now recruiting a reliable and diligent Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team to ensure our guests receive the highest quality facilities, accommodations, and amenities at our resorts.

As a Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Team Worker, you will:

• Perform landscaping and general property upkeep
• General Maintenance needs as assigned
• Perform snow removal/shoveling of walkways and roofs
• Perform preventative maintenance for HVAC, pool components
• Plumbing needs as assigned
• Painting needs as assigned
• Trouble shooting maintenance problems
• General labor - cleaning pools and related areas, building supplies, etc.
• Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary
• Basic carpentry and other building related skills
• Other tasks as assigned
• General maintenance needs as assigned
• Follow up with other departments on the status of the repairs.
• Must work in a clean professional manner.

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisor or senior maintenance workers
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
• Time management and organizational skills
• Pool chemistry knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be available weekdays and/or weekends
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
