Maintenance Technician Position Windrifter Resort

Looking to fill a year-round position in our Maintenance Department with someone who can multitask and work with their hands. Duties to include but not limited to building trades, landscaping (including snow removal), painting and general maintenance upkeep for our two campuses located within Wolfeboro. Experience preferred, but will train the right person. Weekends required. We are interested in a person who is self-starting, self-motivated, diligent, and can work as part of a team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in assisting with the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, core responsibilities include troubleshooting & performing maintenance tasks throughout the property and in guest units. Mechanical knowledge and experience with facilities maintenance will be helpful in maintaining unit and property equipment and systems. Additionally, skills in electrical work, landscaping and building trades, along with relevant experience in customer service, will enhance our team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Perform routine maintenance, landscaping and repairs around facility. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly & property is well-maintained.
Utilize knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Interact with guests/members on a regular basis with respect & professionalism.

Rate of pay: $19.00/hr
