Restoration Supervisor
As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor demonstrates the company's Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and performing restoration processes as scheduled and ensuring quality control, managing the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction, thoroughly documenting restoration projects to support the services provided, managing labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects, communicating progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members, verifying all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety, performing daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, and coaching and training restoration technicians.
Position requirements include a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is a plus but not required, and IICRC certification is a plus, not required.
Skills/physical demands/competencies include the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, the ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces, the ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, and the ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Pay starts at $20 - 25 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay. Each SERVPRO® Franchise is independently owned and operated.
