Benchmark Senior Living - 295 Lafayette Road - Responsibilities:
Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, countertops, mirrors, and floors;
Maintains clean laundry room and stores chemicals in accordance with instructions;
Cleans common areas such as elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units;
Launders towels, bed linens, and resident laundry as part of daily duties;
Adheres to proper handling of biohazardous waste and safety practices
