Facilities Technician – Day Shift

We are seeking a dependable Facilities Technician for a temporary assignment on a day shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working independently.

• Perform routine building and grounds maintenance, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general repairs
• Complete landscaping duties such as mowing, weed control, raking, and site clean‑up
• Conduct facility inspections and identify repair needs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, monitor work quality, and assist with repair projects
• Support office moves, furniture installation, and facility reconfigurations
• Assist with maintenance projects, utility tracing, leak detection, and supply ordering
• Remove snow and ice from walkways and facility areas as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Basic plumbing skills are a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Forklift experience is a plus
