Central/Western, CT or Brewster, NY.

Mon - Fri mid-late shift after onboarding/training.

• Servicing imaging equipment in the Western CT/Brewster NY area.
• Field‑based, customer‑facing role installing, servicing, maintaining, and modifying Siemens imaging equipment.
• Deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within territory, meeting or exceeding revenue and expense targets.
• Manage company assets, including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers; perform administrative duties accurately.

• Knowledge and experience in performing service, preventive maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging equipment.
• Ability to maintain business relationships and perform administrative duties accurately.
• Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment.

• Minimum high school diploma, technical degree or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of field service experience desired.
• Proficient in tools and service test equipment, able to work individually and in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work in assigned geography; willing to participate in on‑call rotation after training.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive day and night; good driving record required.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, bend, twist, sit, squat, stand, reach high, fine grasping, good vision; able to work alone.

Base pay range: $0 – $0. Pay may vary by geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. Commission‑eligible positions follow Company plan terms.
