The Scion Group is hiring a Facilities Technician II to support maintenance and repair services, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers. This role emphasizes safety, fast problem solving, and reliable follow-through in a dynamic student-living environment.
The technician will work with BAS, Entrata, and CMMS systems, maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety devices, and assist in keeping common areas and units in excellent condition.
