We re looking for a dependable Facilities Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout The Brook. In this role, you ll help ensure our casino, public spaces, employee areas, and grounds remain clean, organized, and guest-ready. From responding to cleaning needs to supporting facility operations, you ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for both guests and team members.

• Clean and maintain casino floors, dining areas, offices, restrooms, banquet rooms, and public spaces
• Vacuum, mop, sanitize, and stock assigned areas
• Empty trash, remove debris, and maintain clean walkways and entrances
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and gaming machines
• Monitor the property for spills, hazards, and cleanliness concerns
• Maintain supply closets and replenish cleaning materials as needed
• Assist with snow and ice removal during winter conditions
• Respond promptly to radio calls and cleaning requests
• Support all departments in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Previous custodial, janitorial, porter, or facilities experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a service-focused mindset
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and safely use cleaning products
• Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work varying schedules as business needs require
• Must be 18 years of age or older
