Role Description: Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lincoln, NH. This position is responsible for performing thorough turnover cleanings for vacation rentals, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, to ensure properties are guest-ready on schedule. Day-to-day tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, restocking basic supplies, and reporting any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor or property manager.

The role may also involve deep cleaning projects and post-construction cleanups, following established checklists and safety procedures. The Cleaning Specialist is expected to maintain a professional demeanor, adhere to company standards, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and occasionally coordinate with team members to meet tight turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential cleaning services is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform Commercial Cleaning tasks for vacation rentals and small properties, following standardized checklists.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites within the Lincoln, NH service area and consistent punctuality.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions safely.
• Understanding of basic cleaning chemicals and safe usage, including proper handling, dilution, and storage.
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills to meet turnover deadlines and follow instructions accurately.
• Previous experience in vacation rental, hospitality, or professional cleaning environments is beneficial but not required.
