Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform heavy cleaning, minor repairs, and grounds maintenance
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, stand, walk, climb, and perform various physical tasks
- Comfort working outdoors and in different environmental conditions
- Strong attention to safety, OSHA standards, and customer service
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, with some job sharing possible
Additional duties include operating vehicles, maintaining supplies, and assisting other departments as needed.
