Pay Rate: $65,000-$70,000 annually

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Are you a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, improving facilities, and working independently? Join a growing manufacturing environment as a Facilities Technician and play a key role in maintaining buildings, grounds, and facility operations.

• Perform general building maintenance, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and ceiling tile replacement
• Maintain facility grounds through landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal property upkeep
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
• Move equipment, furniture, and materials as needed
• Coordinate with and oversee outside service contractors
• Support facility projects, office reconfigurations, and workspace setups
• Assist with supply ordering, utility tracing, measurements, and facility improvement initiatives
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure compliance with all safety procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Ability to read building‑related blueprints and drawings
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Basic computer skills required;
  AutoCAD experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, work at heights, and work indoors and outdoors
