Lincoln, NH 03251 (100% Onsite) Pay rate:
Base Pay: $20.46/hr + 12% Shift Differential ($2.46/hr) for 4th Shift ($22.92/hr total for 4th Shift)

Work schedule:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST (40.0 hours/week)

4th Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (36.0 hours/week)

The Janitor / Custodian performs both light and heavy janitorial maintenance across industrial facility areas, administrative offices, restrooms, and employee break rooms at the Lincoln, NH site. This position ensures facility cleanliness, floor maintenance, trash removal, fixture sanitation, window washing, and inventory stocking of cleaning equipment and supplies while adhering strictly to safety regulations and operating with minimal supervision.

• Clean, stock, and maintain designated plant, office, restroom, and break room areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, vent cleaning, fixture sanitization, and trash removal)
• Restock paper products and soap dispensers, clean mirrors, spot clean partition doors/walls, and sanitize restroom fixtures and toilets
• Perform floor care, window cleaning, heavy cleaning tasks, and special facility projects as assigned
• Maintain, stock, and organize cleaning equipment and chemical supplies
• Inspect facility areas, report maintenance deficiencies, and identify repair needs to management
• Follow all company environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Proven working experience as a cleaner or janitor required
• Solid working knowledge of cleaning chemicals, handling procedures, and custodial equipment required
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work with minimal supervision required
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly required

• Incentive Bonus: $1,000 sign-on bonus awarded after 90 days (contingent upon performance and attendance metrics).
