* Summary:

** Responsible for ensuring all mechanical elements of hotel property are in working order.  Also, responsible for maintaining hotel structures and property by performing the following duties.
** Duties and Responsibilities
** include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
1. Completes repairs to any plumbing issues on hotel property.
* 2. Completes repairs to any electrical issues on hotel property.
* 3. Completes repairs to any mechanical issues on hotel property.
* 4. Assists guests with luggage at check- in and check-out.
* 5. Maintains hotel grounds by mowing lawn, watering plants, weeding, and winter shoveling and snowblowing.
* 6. Maintains hotel phones, communication, and internet systems.*## Qualifications

** To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, Mac Computers, and reservations software.
** Education/

Experience:

** High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training.
