Facilities Assistant - Afternoon/Evening Shift (Full Time, Non-Exempt)

The Facilities Assistant supports the safe, efficient, and well-maintained operation of the campus by performing building maintenance tasks, coordinating room and event setups, and ensuring all campus spaces remain clean and functional during the afternoon and evening hours. This role is an active contributor to the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Department, providing hands‑on support across maintenance, logistics, and building care.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with occasional overtime. The regular schedule is 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During the first two months of employment, the schedule will be 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. to allow for onboarding, training, and familiarization with campus facilities, systems, and team workflows. After this initial training period, the schedule will transition to the standard afternoon/evening hours.

From time to time, especially when school events or special activities are scheduled, there may be a need for occasional weekend coverage or adjusted hours. We do our best to provide advance notice, and we’re looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable shifting their schedule when needed.
