qualifications- associate’s degree in engineering (bachelor's degree preferred).
- at least 5 years’ maintenance experience with food processing and packaging equipment.
- hands-on to troubleshoot and repair: electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- plc experience: electrical distribution, conveyors and vfd controls in an industrial setting,
- ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical and pneumatic drawings, safety rules, operations manual, and written instructions.
- knowledge of welding & fabricating, plumbing, carpentry, building, facilities and grounds maintenance
- maintain the cmms: create and implement a preventative maintenance, purchase order, and parts management programs.
- develop and maintain vendor relationships and order materials and supplies as required.
- supervise, train and mentor maintenance mechanics and technicians.
salary
salary range$120,000 - $140,000
