Job overview:

the holder of the position is responsibel for maintaining cleanliness and facility.

Your responsibilities:

• Clean building floors; sweeping, mopping, scrubbing,andvacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash, safely operatetrash compactor.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms including warehouserestrooms.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Clean the groundsoutside and empty trash cans and smoking outposts
• Clean, polish and/or dust furniture, walls, kitchen and bathroom machines, fixtures and equipment.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners for cleaning using Safety Data Sheets in order toprevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Restock supplies in production areas. (Ex.Labcoats,hairnets, etc.)
• Clean and sanitize hand and foot stations in the building.
• Requisition of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs to prepare facilities for events /meetings as needed.
• Notify supervisors concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Notification of sources of danger in the facility and observance of instructions from the Occupational Safety and Health management system.
• Correct separation of waste according to Waste Control
• Observance of hygiene, HACCP, allergy, glass,and blade management.
• Observance of Safety Guidelines, Hygiene Guidelines, Internal Work Rules and Emergency and Evacuation Plan for Swedesboro Plantemployees.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Ability to walk, stand up to 8 hours
• Ability to reach, bend, twist when cleaning
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with cleaning agents such as alcohol & bleach
