REPORTS TO:
Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds
To provide building and equipment maintenance and repair.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES- Miscellaneous general maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds which may include: plumbing work, electrical repairs, lock repair & installation, HVAC repairs, furniture repair, brush and spray painting, concrete and masonry work, landscaping, equipment design and development.
- Assume such other related responsibilities and duties as may be assigned.
Salary and work year to be determined by the Board of Education.
EVALUATIONPerformance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the board’s policy on evaluation of non-certified staff.
