Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe operation of turret forklifts and scanning equipment to keep our inventory moving accurately.

Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self‑storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting‑edge technology.

• Schedule:
  
  Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required.

• Operate turret forklifts to collect, load, and put away items, ensuring every pallet is picked and staged for success.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team using wireless Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment and smartphone software to perform audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company quality standards while performing routine equipment inspections.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Expertise: 3+ years of experience operating powered forklifts with a strong understanding of various material‑handling equipment.
• Physical Capability:
  Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8‑hour shift.
• Technical Aptitude:
  Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.
• Safety First Mindset:
  Must be at least 18 years of age with a high regard for workplace safety OSHA standards.
