Forklift Driver – 1st Shift

Position is located in South Brunswick, NJ.

• Work with leadership to ensure the completion of all manual and on-task tasks by end of each day.
• Complete daily pick for the hub using the inventory management system.
• Utilize orders to determine where items need to be moved – may or may not include power equipment.
• Use the warehouse system to maintain and uphold inventory accuracy.
• Ensure completion of all staging and sweeping tasks using power equipment.
• Load and unload, stack, and stage products using multiple types of power equipment.
• Maintain organization and housekeeping of aisles and surroundings daily.
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate a safety culture throughout the company to help avoid unsafe or hazardous working conditions.
• Perform other duties as instructed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience operating the following:
  Swing Reach, Reach Truck, and Order Picker.
• Onsite and in‑office role.
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS).
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers.
• Willing and able to be cross‑trained and certified to operate any or all WSI DDC equipment:
  Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and fast learner.
• Flexible to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Comfortable walking/standing 100% of the day.
• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs or ladders.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
