OverviewThis position will perform a combination of Groundskeeping and Janitorial work for an apartment complex.
General Duties- Pick up grounds daily
- Clean up dumpster enclosure daily
- Clean vacant units - vacuum, wipe surfaces, dusting, painting, etc.
- Deliver letters & notices
- Clean leasing office & other offices as needed
- Assist with general maintenance
- Ad hoc requests as needed
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Work Schedule8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
