Maintenance Manager

• In this role, you will maintain plant equipment and facilities to support 24/7 operations
• Supervise and lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team using best-in-class standards for performance and safety
• Collaborate with engineering, lab, and operations teams to ensure maintainable product and project designs
• You will train staff on maintenance processes, including preventive/corrective maintenance, inventory control, and shutdown procedures
• Track and report equipment and team performance using industry metrics (e.g., availability, lifecycle analysis)
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of maintenance staff
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for long-term system optimization
• Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety standards

• You have a High school diploma or Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience); typically 10+ years in maintenance, with significant leadership experience
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical (up to 600V), and fluid/gas/hydraulic systems
• You have the ability to routinely lift at least 50 lbs
• Proven experience leading, supervising, and developing maintenance teams
• Demonstrated success in building high-performing maintenance functions and driving competitive advantage
• You have experience with lean projects and strong organizational skills
• Expertise (or willingness to certify) in multiple areas such as rotating equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, welding, abatement systems, or predictive maintenance (e.g., SAP-PM)
• Chemical manufacturing experience and understanding of chemical processes is a plus
• Ability to develop and present clear business cases for capital investments

• Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
