Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Perform all duties related to facility and equipment maintenance without routinely subcontracting work, taking ownership of repairs and upkeep.;
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of systems, including machine maintenance, equipment installs, electrical maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, facilities maintenance, and forklift maintenance.;
Conduct regular walkthroughs of the building to identify, document, and complete items requiring attention related to the condition of the building and equipment.;
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in accordance with the approved preventative maintenance (PM) program.;
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment to support production and facility improvements.
