Job Details
- Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and mechanical maintenance for senior and assisted living communities.
- Fulfill work orders in maintaining the exterior and all common areas of the property (lighting, walkways, fitness centers, storage units, parking, landscaping, irrigation).
- Prepare units for move‑in, including punch‑out, painting, cleaning, and any other necessary work.
- Respond to emergency calls.
- Travel to other properties for coverage when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Pre‑employment background checks and drug screening will be conducted prior to hire.
Medical, dental, PTO, paid sick leave, paid holidays. Eligible for benefits after 30 days.
