Location: Caldwell
A&A Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Lead Custodian/Janitorial Lead who is bilingual (preferred) to provide outstanding cleaning and maintenance services across various environments.
The role involves leading a team, communicating effectively, and performing custodial duties. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage team members efficiently.
This is a 2nd Shift position, working Saturday to Wednesday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
