Reports to: Cottage Coordinator

Location: Union League National Golf Club (1765 US Rte 9 N, Swainton, NJ 08210)

Description: Responsible for the day‑to‑day cleanliness and upkeep of The Cottage and The Estate. Requires previous housekeeping experience and a keen eye for detail. Must be able to work independently to flip houses, including thorough cleaning, making beds, restocking supplies, and doing laundry.

This is a seasonal, part‑time position from April 1 – November 15. Shoulder season hours will fluctuate and in‑season hours may max out at 40 hrs.

• Provide clean, sanitary, comfortable, and orderly surroundings for members and guests
• Maintain a keen attention to detail in all assigned areas
• Strip and remake beds according to established standards
• Perform laundry duties as required
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly
• Mop and maintain floor surfaces
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
• Restock snacks, beverages, and other supplies as needed
• Safely handle and use various cleaning solvents and chemicals
• Operate a golf cart as required for job duties
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to a supervisor
• Notify a supervisor of low inventory or supply shortages
• Inspect assigned areas, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure overall cleanliness

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift, carry, walk, climb steps, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritization skills.
