24 Hour Fitness - - Responsibilities:
Conduct a daily walk-through of the facility, identifying repair/service needs and maintaining the Maintenance Log;
Partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to discuss club maintenance needs;
Maintain or oversee outside service provider maintenance of pool/spa/steam/sauna to ensure proper chemical balances and servicing;
Procuring repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment;
Perform monthly OSHA safety checks and model safety guidelines in daily work
