Part Time Operations ; 2nd Shift - Wildwoods Convention Center

Responsibilities

• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, risers, staging, barricades, pipe and drape, and other equipment required for meeting rooms, exhibition halls, concerts, conventions, and special events.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and event materials as needed.
• Perform room conversions and event changeovers in accordance with event specifications and operational timelines.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, floor maintenance, and general facility appearance before, during, and after events.
• Respond to operational requests from staff, clients, promoters, and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, work spaces, docks, and operational areas throughout the facility.
• Operate equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner following departmental procedures and training.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the facility and event success.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong working knowledge of facility housekeeping standards and practices as well as public assembly facility set‑up requirements.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish desired.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a first‑class facility.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and tasks to maximize efficiency.
• Valid Driver’s License is desired.

Hourly wage: $16.64
