Maintain, repair, clean and inspect facility equipment (pumps, valves, air handling units, ventilators, fan coils, compressors, motors, roof exhausts);
Assist in cleaning equipment and vacated/demolished apartments;
Change light bulbs and filters;
Utilize electronic work order system and document time/scope;
Assist vendors/contractors and provide resident assistance as needed
