Citizens Bank - - Responsibilities:
Perform floor maintenance across multiple facilities (stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning);
Operate floor machines and extractors to clean and sanitize flooring and upholstery;
Travel to facilities within designated route/radius and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies;
Close out work orders in the CMMS via mobile devices and maintain appropriate documentation;
Provide coverage for janitorial staff as needed, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning
