The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing company located in the Swedesboro, NJ area.
Title:
Maintenance Technician
Location:
Swedesboro, NJ Salary: $35/hr-$37/hr
- Maintain and repair processing, packaging, refrigeration, and facility equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.
- Support daily production by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment readiness.
- Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate replacement parts.
- Assist with facility repairs, grounds upkeep, and equipment improvement projects.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience in food manufacturing maintenance.
- Knowledge of grinders, mixers, stuffers, packaging systems, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Strong refrigeration troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and welding.
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues independently.
- Willingness to work a rotating 5-day schedule with mandatory Saturdays.
